Mar. 13, 2013 – Today I spent a bit of time hanging out with the new little guy, Tim. I didn’t refer to him as the little guy to his face… not that I think he would mind. He must know that he’s a bantam. Not that there is anything wrong with being a bantam. I think bantams are lovely little versions of us. Oh glory, I’m creating a situation here when there really isn’t one. My point is – Tim is a great guy and I’m glad that he’s part of our feathered family. He told me that he loves it here and that he’s got a thing for Betty, one of the Rhode Island redheads. This courtship is going to be great reality TV for Sawyer, Wilma and me, as we live in the coop next door. Slip me into an Adirondack chair and bring on the popcorn!
