June 12, 2014 – The sky has been threatening to rain all afternoon but so far, we’re dry. I even had my rain boots and slicker at the ready. It’s been weeks since I went worm hunting in a rain puddle and I was sincerely looking forward to doing so today. Wilma said she heard there’s rain in the forecast for tomorrow, but I may not feel like worm hunting tomorrow. Tomorrow is trash day and I haven’t poked around in anyone’s recycling bucket in some time. I wonder what the neighborhood is tossing out this week. Worms or junk? Worms or junk? Why must life be so complicated?
